Thanks to "Ronni" for posting this as I haven't had time to read the local news today. In it U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will rehear the case involving a non-Hawaiian student seeking to enroll at Kamehameha Schools. This means that the will of the Hawaiian children will be heard.
